Terms of Service

1. What AdSpy is
AdSpy is a research tool. It crawls publicly accessible publisher websites and records the native advertising served on them, together with the landing pages those ads point to. We provide access to that archive and to analysis built on top of it.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. An account belongs to one paying entity; members you invite act on that account's behalf, and only the account owner can change the subscription.
Do not share a single login across people who should have their own, and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell, redistribute or systematically export the archive to build a competing product;
- automate access beyond the limits of your plan, or work around usage caps;
- use the service to infringe a third party's rights, or to break the law where you operate.
We may suspend an account that does these things. Where the problem looks like a mistake rather than intent, we will tell you before we act.
4. Third-party content
Ad creatives, headlines, images and landing pages in the archive were published by advertisers and publishers, not by us. They remain the property of their owners. We provide them for research and analysis; copying them into your own campaigns is your decision and your responsibility.
If you own material in the archive and want it removed, contact us and we will remove it.
5. Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page and exclude any tax that applies where you are.
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period, and you keep access until that period ends. If a payment fails we retry it, and while we do you keep full access to search, signals, scores, exports and your saved ads; only new AI generation pauses until the payment recovers. If the retries do not succeed, the account moves to the free tier — your saved ads, boards and notes stay readable.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before they affect your renewal.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. The archive depends on crawling third-party sites, so coverage of any given publisher, network or advertiser can change without notice, and we do not warrant that any particular ad or landing page will be present.
7. Estimates are estimates
Some figures in the product — including expected CTR and winner scores — are heuristic estimates computed from the characteristics of an ad. We observe no clicks or impressions. Do not treat these numbers as measured performance data, and do not rely on them alone for a spending decision.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits or for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email to account owners. Questions go to support@mailerclub.club.
