The details
Searching never costs credits
A search is one query against the ad, landing-page or advertiser index. Opening a result, reading an ad's market signals, checking its media buying score, finding similar winners or browsing a saved board costs nothing. Plans carry a generous daily search allowance that exists to stop bulk scraping, not to ration research; it resets every day.
Cached AI results are free
Every AI result is stored against the ad it was generated for. Re-opening a teardown — today, next week, a month from now — costs nothing. Only pressing Regenerate spends credits again, and the button says so before you press it.
Rollover, and credits you buy
Unused monthly credits roll over for up to three billing cycles, capped at three months' allowance. Credits bought as a pack are separate: they never expire, and a subscription renewal never removes them.
If a generation fails, you are not charged
A provider timeout, an error on our side, or a response we cannot read all refund the credits automatically, and the refund appears on your usage history.
Running out of credits does not stop your research
At zero credits, every part of AdSpy that reads our data keeps working — search, signals, scores, similar winners, funnel intelligence, exports and your saved ads. Only new AI generation pauses, and you can top up or move up a plan.
If a payment fails
You keep full access to your data while the card is retried — we do not lock you out of work you have paid for, and we never delete your saved ads. New AI generation pauses until the payment recovers, because that is the part that costs us money on every run.
