Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We keep deliberately little about you:

  • Your account — email address, a hashed password, your account name and which plan you are on. We never store your password itself.
  • Your work — favourites, boards, notes, saved filters and watches you create.
  • Usage counters — how many searches and AI generations your account has spent, so plan limits can be enforced.
  • Server logs — request paths, timing and error detail, for operating and debugging the service.

We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on the application.

2. Cookies

One cookie, adspy_session, which keeps you signed in. It is HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Strict, and holds only an opaque session token — we store a SHA-256 hash of it, never the value in your browser. It is strictly necessary for the service to work, and there are no advertising cookies to consent to.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe directly and never reach our servers — we store only Stripe's customer and subscription identifiers and the status of your subscription. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.

4. AI features

When you run a teardown, subject-line set or email draft, the ad creative and its landing page are sent to our language-model provider to generate the result. Your account identity is not sent, and your saved notes and boards are never included.

5. Archived third-party content

The archive contains advertising and landing pages published on the open web. Where such a page happens to contain personal data, it was published by its own operator, not collected by us about you. If you find personal information about yourself in the archive, contact us and we will remove it.

6. Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account exists. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your account record, your saved work and your usage counters; billing records are retained where tax law requires it. Server logs roll off on a short cycle.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@mailerclub.club and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Changes

If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and notify account owners by email where the change is material.
